The service
GrooveHaus is a vinyl collection management tool that helps you catalog records, share household collections, and explore collection analytics. Features may change as the product evolves.
Accounts and acceptable use
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not abuse AI scanning, attempt to bypass rate limits, or scrape the service.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not interfere with the security or availability of the platform.
AI scanning and metadata
Cover recognition and metadata lookup are provided on a best-effort basis. Results may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying album details before relying on them.
Free tier limits
Free accounts include a limited number of AI scans per day. We may adjust limits to protect service quality and control costs.
Third-party content
Album metadata, images, and marketplace links may come from third parties such as Discogs. GrooveHaus does not claim ownership of third-party content and provides it for reference only.
Disclaimer
GrooveHaus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost data, incorrect valuations, marketplace pricing, or damages arising from use of the service.
